Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC. Forre o fundo de um tabuleiro com papel vegetal.
Coloque no copo a noz e prima a tecla Turbo 2 seg/1-2 vezes (TM31: [Copo Fechado]/Turbo/2 vezes). Retire e reserve.
Colocar a borboleta no copo e os ovos, programe 6 min/vel 3.5 e ir juntando o açúcar pelo bocal do copo.
Adicionar a farinha, a noz reservada e a canela e programar 20 seg/vel 3.
Verificar se a farinha ficou bem misturada caso nao se verifique programar mais 10 seg/vel 3.
Colocar num tabuleiro previamente forrado com papel vegetal
Levar ao forno a cozer a 180ºC cerca de 10 a 15 minutos. Reserve.
No copo limpo insira a borboleta. Coloque as natas e bata na vel 3 até ficarem firmes.
Adicione o açúcar em pó e envolva 5 seg/vel 3. Reservar.
Doce de Ovos
No copo limpo, colocar a agua e o açucar no copo e programar 10 min/Varoma/vel 2 (TM5: 120ºC).
Colocar numa tigela as gemas e o amido e misturar bem com uma varas de arame ou garfo, até ficar tudo bem unido. juntar um pouco a caldas do copo sempre a mexer para não criar grumos.
Colocar a borboleta e programar 15 min/Varoma/vel 2 (TM5: 120ºC), colocar um passador de rede fina sobre o bocal da tampa e ir deitando em fio o preparado que está na tigela. A meio deste passo verificar se esta bom, caso não tenha a consistência desejada coloca mais uns minutos.
Juntar ao Doce de Ovos o Chantily reservado e misturar 30 seg/vel 3. Reservar.
Pré-aqueça o forno a 200ºC.
Pegue em duas placas de Massa Folhada e corte em tiras de 2 cm, as outras duas pique com um garfo com mostra a foto.
Com as tiras faça um entrançado com mostra a foto.
Coloque as placas e as "traças" no tabuleiro do forno e leva ao forno a 200ºC durante 20 minutos.
Divida o Bolo ao meio para fazer duas camadas.
Coloque uma das placas de Folhado e cubra com um pouco do Creme reservado, coloque uma das partes do Bolo e volte a cobrir com creme, coloque a segunda placa de Folhado e volte a colocar Creme e Bolo e novamente creme e por fim o Folhado Entrançado.
Cubra as laterais do resultado com o restante Creme e por fim polvilhe o topo entrançado com o açucar em pó.
